How We Work
We provide individual and group coaching and consulting sessions. Your first session is at no cost to get to know us and for us to learn about you and your goals. Typical sessions are scheduled for 60 – 90 minutes for individuals and 90 – 120 minutes for groups. Sessions can be in-person, by phone, or video conference. Choose the options that work best for you and your lifestyle.
